What Are Your Goals for 2010?

The smart ones always create new goals for the new year, as I'm sure you have. One of the most popular goals people set out to achieve is improved health, whether it is a workout regimen, quitting drinking/smoking, or perhaps just treating yourself better. For those of you who have decided that your health is important to you this year, good for you!

I'm sure we all have set some financial goals for 2010 as well. If we made $xx,xxx last year, we want to increase that amount this year. As we have seen in the past 12+ months, many of us are only hoping to continue being employed and aren't expecting an increase in pay. If you agree with that last sentence, we need to talk. There are ways to not only increase your income, but also increases personal growth. For those of you who are willing to make an effort to become independently wealthy and do not want to continue working for someone else for the next 40 years, please contact me. I may have an opportunity for you.

As for your health goals, there are a few of things I would like to discuss with you that may assist you in reaching those goals also. As many of you already know, I am a health and wellness advocate. My passion is helping people to live healthier lives and teaching them to be proactive by increasing awareness.

Welcome to 2010! The time for change is upon us, so let's make some wonderful life-changing decisions and work together to keep each other accountable! If you continue to do the same things, expect the same results. It's time to try something different! Remember: Your life is an occasion. Step up to it!
